🚀 We’re Hiring: Credit Controller (US) – 6 Month FTC
📍 Glasgow
🕒 37.5 hours
📅Working Pattern: 2 days (9:00am–5:30pm) & 3 days (11:30am–8:00pm)
Looking to take the next step in credit control within a global business? We’re hiring a Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract to manage a high-volume ledger and drive cash collection performance while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

What you'll do
- Managing a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Proactively chasing debt using all channels, with a focus on telephone engagement
- Resolving queries and disputes by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders
- Delivering against cash collection, debt and DSO targets
- Producing customer statements and maintaining accurate account records
- Escalating accounts where necessary and supporting legal recovery processes
- Collaborating with Billing, Placement Support and Sales Ledger teams
What we're looking for
- Strong collections experience (ideally in a B2B environment)
- Experience managing a high-volume ledger
- Knowledge of O2C processes and credit risk principles
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make confident decisions
