What you would do

- Gathering and documenting data requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications
- Analysing data quality issues and supporting the definition of remediation strategies
- Supporting the alignment of data pipelines and data architecture with business needs
- Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation to understand current and future data use cases
- Contributing to the design and validation of data solutions, working alongside engineers and architects
- Documenting processes, requirements and data flows using standard methodologies such as BPMN or UML
- Supporting the testing and handover of data solutions to ensure they meet defined business requirements
What you could bring

- Demonstrable experience in data requirements gathering and data business analysis
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, data quality frameworks and data governance principles
- Experience working with stakeholders across technical and business functions
- Familiarity with data platforms and tools such as Azure, SQL, Power BI or similar analytics environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and data pipeline orchestration

- Understanding of microservices architecture and API-led integration
- Technical proficiency in Python, SQL or similar data languages
