We’re looking for a detail-driven and analytical Commission & Bonus Analyst to join our Global Finance Operations team in Glasgow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely calculation of commission and bonus payments for our sales teams globally. You’ll work with large data sets, contribute to incentive scheme design, and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations.

About us

SThree is the global STEM workforce consultancy, fusing ambition, expertise and technology. We advise businesses, build expert teams and deliver project solutions, to outpace tomorrow, together.

We’ve been in STEM for 40 years– a global team with local expertise across specialist sectors in Engineering, Life Sciences and Technology.

We aspire to be the game-changers in STEM. We are all in, we build partnerships, we think big, and we do the right thing. We bring skilled people together, whatever the speed, scale and scope of the ambitions, to build the future.

What you'll do

  • Deliver accurate, timely commission and bonus calculations across global sales teams
  • Manage and maintain commission data, ensuring integrity and completeness
  • Set up and administer automated and non-automated incentive schemes
  • Validate and process manual claims, adjustments, and additional incentives
  • Support modelling and scenario analysis for new or evolving commission plans
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve complex payment queries
  • Continuously improve processes and enhance system efficiency
  • Ensure outputs meet SLAs and internal control requirements
  • Produce reporting and insights for Finance Business Partners and leadership

What we're looking for

  • Experience with commission, bonus, or incentive calculations
  • Excel skills (data manipulation, analysis, modelling)
  • High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience working to tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence a range of stakeholders
  • Exposure to compensation tools (e.g. Xactly) would be advantageous

What's in it for you

  • Hybrid working options for flexibility.
  • Bonus linked to company and personal performance.
  • 28 days holiday plus public holidays, with an annual leave purchase scheme.
  • Private healthcare, discounted dental insurance, and health cashback scheme.
  • Paid volunteering days and caregiver leave.
  • Access to retail discounts and our company share scheme.

Why join

  • Be part of a global, collaborative Finance Operations team
  • Gain exposure to sales performance and incentive strategy
  • Opportunity to influence process improvement and system optimisation
  • Work in a role that directly impacts business performance and reward

We’re committed to ensuring that every colleague, candidate, and member of our community experiences fair, equitable, and respectful treatment. We strive to create an environment where everyone belongs, feels valued, and is supported to thrive.
