This role is for our seven different brands who opperate in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam and Eindhoven. There are endless possibilities regarding your experience!

These brands are: Huxley, Progressive, Real Life Science, JP Gray, Computer Futures, Madison Black and Global Enterprise Partners.
What will you be doing?
In the role of Sales Team Manager you will manage your own team of 2-4 recruitment consultants. This besides managing your own clients and candidates. With your previous experience in Recruitment and enthusiasm to build you will motivate your teammates to get to a next level. In this role you will coach, help, motivate and develop.

What tasks can you expect?
- Managing and training your teammates;
- Motivate and think outside the box to reach the KPI's;
- Accurately working together with other teams to grow with your brand and SThree;
- Recruit candidates using various methods such as headhunting and searching on social media and CV portals;
- CV checks;
- Identifying the needs of the candidate;
- Relationship management of large key accounts;
- Proposing suitable vacancies to the candidate;
- Thinking along with the Candidate Acquisition Strategy in the Netherlands.

What do we ask of you?
- 2-3 years experience in 360 recruitment;
- Demonstrable successes from your previous experience;
- Without sounding to 'tacky' we look for a social people person who's a real motivator for their
- Affinity with sales and a commercial mind-set
- Ambition, drive, motivation and energy
- Located in (or nearby) Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht or Eindhoven
