Junior Communications Specialist
Do you want to become an expert in the field of communications? We are looking for a Junior Communications Specialist to strengthen our team to build the most exciting emotions around the SThree brand amongst our colleagues. We strongly believe that communication is key in enhancing our employee engagement and building our employer brand internally.
Your scope and added value
As a Junior Communications Specialist at SThree you will launch your own projects and execute our cross-channel communications strategy. You'll partner with leaders and departments to create unique and engaging content to accelerate our internal communication strategy.
Your main responsibilities consists of streamlining our internal communications and utilizing all of our channels so that we keep our colleagues connected and informed. You will own several projects and engage in multiple activities, such as our monthly regional newsletter, promoting events and incentives, supporting our referral strategy, conducting interviews, creating videos and manage our Intranet platform.
Obviously you will not do this alone! You'll work closely with our Communications Manager, from whom you will learn a lot about all aspects of your field.

Your team
You will be part of the regional marketing and communications team that supports our business and brands in the Benelux, Spain and Middle East. The team consists of experts with different specialisms and scopes in different locations. You'll report directly into our Communications Manager and work closely with your colleagues in the region and your global peers.

Just as SThree, and all her brands, you are driven, energetic and get things done. You are an optimistic and enthusiastic starter or y oung professional with a strong passion for (internal) communications.
Strong communicator: you excel in Dutch and English (verbally and in writing) and love the challenge to translate complex matters in simple and clear messages
- Multitasker: you like the dynamic of working on multiple projects at the same time
- Creative: you are a creative storyteller that is not scared of proposing new ideas
- Relationship builder: you proactively build relationships - locally and globally, across all departments
- Education: you have completed a relevant study at HBO- or university level, preferably in communications, marketing or journalism
- Experience: you have maximum 2 years' experience in communications
