What will you be doing?
In the role of Associate Candidate Consultant you will work together with your colleagues to provide clients with the right candidates. You will be the regular contact for working candidates at current clients and you will search for available professionals in the market. Furthermore, you will regularly meet with your clients to discuss the cooperation and to optimise the relationships.
Talent Development
Within SThree we encourage talent development. This starts with an extensive onboarding programme so you're not thrown in at the deep end. You'll be assigned a buddy and our Learning & Development team will provide excellent training programmes at every level. In addition, you can participate in a voluntary mentor programme to get the best out of you. And will you later be a senior recruiter, business manager or director yourself? What tasks can you expect?
- Recruit candidates using various methods such as headhunting and searching on social media and CV portals.
- Assessing CVs.
- Identifying the needs of the candidate.
- Relationship management of large key accounts.
- Proposing suitable vacancies to the candidate.
- Drawing up company profiles of organisations with relevant vacancies.
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Thinking along with the Candidate Acquisition Strategy in the Netherlands.
