Our CEO, Mark Dorman, has been featured twice in this month’s TALiNT International magazine.

Mark is quoted in the magazine’s cover story on ‘preparing for the upturn’, where he discusses the increased demand for help with onboarding and cultural integration as companies continue to move to more flexible and remote working arrangements.

He’s also quoted in the magazine’s ‘bring on the brand’ feature, where he discusses trust, employer brand and what’s needed for long-term success.

“Candidates trust companies whose employer brand story is authentic and resonates with them”, said Mark.

“So, for long-term success, businesses need to deliver on the promises they make to their candidates and employees or risk losing them to companies that will.”
