Matthew Blake, Chief People Officer at SThree, has been featured in HR Magazine.

In the article, Matthew discusses how SThree has leveraged a range of different tech platforms, as well as enabling 98% of our 3,000 people to work remotely in a period of just 15 days.

He also talks about the ongoing ‘trust revolution’ and why listening to and understanding our people’s needs is important.

“We’re all going through a trust revolution where the question is no longer ‘how do we manage people?’ but instead ‘how do we support them?’”, Matthew commented.

“We’ve rolled-out online engagement surveys to understand our people’s needs and find out what’s working and what’s not. We also have a wellbeing taskforce and have launched an employee assistance programme, offering counselling services to those who need it. All of this is happening through technology.”
