Spotting and attracting new talent to deliver on our exciting plans for 2022 falls to our internal Talent Acquisition team and we are looking for someone else to join us! As Talent Acquisition Consultant you will deliver an outstanding recruitment service to our senior managers and Directors across our London Head Office, proactively sourcing and approaching outstanding talent, providing external insights into the talent market and creating and maintaining external talent pipelines.

What will you be doing as Talent Acquisition Consultant?

As a staffing organisation our internal Talent Acquisition team are responsible for finding Entry Level and experienced Recruitment Consultants to join one of our leading brands across for our London. Activities will include:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process from job requisition, sourcing and screening through to job offer management for our recruitment brands in London (Computer Futures, Real Staffing and Huxley)
  • Taking role briefings from hiring managers, writing meaningful and inclusive job adverts and ensuring role is posted across a range of channels.
  • Building sourcing strategies and using creative ways to identify and engage local talent.
  • Reducing reliance on recruitment agencies by driving a direct hire approach.
  • Working closely with L&D to support the onboarding of new starters to the office.
  • Providing benchmarking data and market insight to the business to help planning and decision making.
  • Be viewed as the subject matter expert for all things Talent Acquisition and build credibility across the hiring manager population
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers and develop true business partnering approach

To be a great Talent Acquisition Consultant your skills and experience will include:

  • In-house recruitment role or agency/in-house blend, recruiting high volume
  • Full hiring lifecycle i.e. workforce planning, sourcing, assessment etc
  • Developing sourcing / candidate attraction strategies across multiple channels
  • A working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Competency and Behavioural interviewing
  • Top talent scout with a proven track record of direct sourcing and talent pipelining
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
