SThree Netherlands is a certified Great Place To Work for the second year in a row with a score of 81 percent. SThree also competes for a place on the Best Workplaces 2023 list in the category 'Best Multinational Workplace'.

Great Place To Work examines the level of trust, pride and fun within organisations. An independent employee satisfaction survey is used to determine whether organizations meet the criteria for being a good employer. Great Place To Work surveyed SThree colleagues on five values: credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie.
