To provide current, accurate and relevant information on the performance of the global portfolio of projects and to prepare forecasts of demand for resource to enable decision making at senior management levels.
To fulfil the roles of systems administrator and training & adoption lead for KeyedIn, the PPM tool for the global PMO, and to fulfil the role of application manager for both KeyedIn and the Atlassian suite which includes Jira , and which is used for portfolio demand management and the management of the work of teams within the CTIO function.
The role will be a key member of the global PMO team, supporting the Head of PMO, and project managers to successfully deliver SThree's group wide, portfolio of transformation, tactical and technical projects, using as much functionality of the tools as appropriate.
Working within a matrix environment, collaborate with the regional and functional stakeholders to drive adoption of the PPM tool.
Take a proactive and pragmatic approach to supporting the completion of multiple projects, working with a variety of stakeholders across the business to support project delivery, development of plans, management of risks and issues, while taking appropriate ownership for deliverables.
The successful candidate should always be able to accurately report on status of all projects and provide a full and up to date resource forecast. In addition, competency in training techniques and an ability to engage stakeholders to use the tools will be required.
o Strong database and digital skills - capable of being the lead Systems Administrator for a tool

o Clear and compelling written and spoken communication skills
o Excellent familiarity with Project tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word

KNOWLEDGE
o Excellent understanding of project management practices
o Expert in the use of project delivery methodologies, processes, and tools
o Good understanding of assurance, governance, and risk

o An understanding of change management principles and how people experience change
o Demonstrated diagnostic and analytical skills to recommend solutions
o Ability to work with ambiguity and agility in a demanding, fast-paced environment and rapidly changing environment
EXPERIENCE
o Solid experience as a PMO Analyst using a PPM tool or platform for analysis, reporting and forecasting
o Proven capability of working with stakeholders at all levels
o Proven experience of various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Prince2 etc
