To oversee and drive the successful management of change across SThree using recognised, structured and effective change management disciplines.
To lead the Change Management team, building a Change Management Community of Practice to successfully execute change management activities across the SThree portfolio - defining, adopting and embedding a comprehensive Change Management approach and framework.
To lead, shape and embed the Group Change Forum to direct and influence how change is delivered across the organisation. This will include senior representation for each of the key regions and functions to enable the success of a comprehensive transformation roadmap over the coming years.
To drive the development of and champion the SThree change methodology, tools and techniques to maximise speed of adoption and minimize resistance to change initiatives.
To shape and lead the adoption of communication, training, coaching to drive behaviour, skill and capability changes across leaders, managers and colleagues, in order to maximise the delivery of programme/project benefits and outcomes.
To provide strategic insights and thought leadership to shape and continuously improve the execution and adoption of change at SThree.
To understand, define and manage change capacity across the organisation to ensure the do-ability of the portfolio roadmap.
The role will work with the Head of PMO and Director for CTIO Operations to ensure alignment with the SThree project lifecycle, delivery methodology and portfolio planning / prioritisation. The role will also work collaboratively with senior business colleagues across the organisation to optimise the change management approach, demonstrate the benefit of effective Change Management and ensure alignment with the Group's overall ambitions, strategy and portfolio roadmap.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
o An experienced change leader with a strong background in successful change management .
o Proven track record of successfully delivering transformational change in a global and cross-functional/matrix environment with a range of stakeholders
o Experience of running a Change Function for a global organisation as a Centre of Excellence
o Experience of leading a team with a focus on delivering results, continuous improvement and developing best practice frameworks
o Experience of the realities of change management within an ever-shifting business environment with conflicting priorities from business owners and sponsors
o Broad experience in managing high-risk, high-visibility projects.
o Strong understanding of project, portfolio and Agile techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Ten years' equivalent work experience in project delivery and change
o Change Management Professional certification(s)
o Certifications in Agile and other related project disciplines.
