Our role in society
By actively reducing our carbon emissions, sourcing the talent needed for the low carbon transition and helping to tackle employment inequity, we have a role to play in building a sustainable future for everyone. At SThree we aim to have a positive impact on society beyond simply what our partners achieve. That means delivering positive outcomes for everyone.

Powered by clean energy
We partner with dynamic organisations to build a future powered by clean energy. Our plan is to double the size of our renewables business by 2024 while also reducing our own carbon emissions by 20% in the same timeframe. And we’ve funded a renewable energy social enterprise in Gujarat, India, which finances 9.9MW of wind power and the education and training of women.
Our targets for 2024
We’re aiming to double to size of our renewables business

Building an inclusive future with Elevate careers
Through our Elevate careers programme, we aim to bring skilled people together, elevating diverse STEM talent. We're placing the microscope on critical issues and barriers within STEM and supporting underrepresented professionals in taking the leap to their next opportunity.
With workshops to build your CV and personal brand, to talks from role models in your field, our community events will cover topics and trends that are relevant to you.
It’s time to elevate expertise and energise progress.
For everyone.
