If you are ready to be a part of a booming industry, our life science division is hiring for a Key Account Manager to help manage established accounts and identify new business opportunities. The Real U.S business posted an impressive 16% YoY growth in revenue as well as a record full year performance and were recently recognized in the nation's top 10 life science staffing firms according to Staffing Industry Analysts. As a Key Account Manager within our company, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the key interface between clients and all relevant stakeholders; providing feedback as appropriate to ensure effective service delivery at all times
- Continuously identifying and developing business opportunities within key accounts by demonstrating service behaviors that foster great relationships
- Acquiring deep understanding of the client's business and sector to identify opportunities to cross-sell (e.g. mapping organizational structures) and deliver across different disciplines, creating additional revenue streams for SThree
- Providing consultative advice to clients to ensure relevant recruitment solutions are provided; constantly seeking opportunities to add value to the relationship
- Meeting agreed performance standards that may relate to the number of job vacancies added, business mix or client feedback scores (NPS)
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
- 2+ years of experience in an account management/business development function (staffing experience preferred but not required)
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements
- Proven ability to identify sound business opportunities
- Highly competitive

- Adept at building strong relationships
