Functions Of The Role
- Manage a 180 desk fully supporting new and existing clients
- Business development of new and existing clients across industry verticals through meetings, networking, events, and other sales techniques
- Managing the candidate delivery and client relations of the recruitment life cycle
Skills We Look For
- B2b sales or agency staffing experience (client-side or 360)
- A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
- Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills
- Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to build strong relationships
