We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant to join the Sthree team!

Real Staffing has been experiencing substantial growth across the U.S., with great success across both our Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Divisions. In our Central Region, our Chicago Team is looking to further that growth by bringing in talented Sales Consultants to work in a full desk capacity.

As a Recruitment Consultant within our company, you will be responsible for:
You will be speaking with people on a daily basis and matching specialist skillsets to niche roles in fields such as, but not limited to:
- Managing the candidate delivery of the recruitment life cycle. This process will give you the opportunity to not only work closely alongside experienced recruiters, but also with talented candidates and the globally recognized companies looking to hire them.
- Identifying the best candidates for niche job opportunities. This includes relationship building, writing advertisements, qualifying candidates, selling candidates on unique opportunities, pitching, and negotiating.
- Managing the candidate's experience from submitting their resume to a client through post-placement check-ins.
- Closing candidates on job offers.
- Identifying and reaching out to potential new clients
- Signing and Onboarding New Clients
- Managing and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Overseeing the onboarding process for recently hired candidates.
- · Completing post-placement check-ins with hired candidates, communicating feedback from the client, and ensuring our contractors have everything they need to complete their day-to-day activities. Maintaining these relationships allows us to generate and establish repeat business.
Requirements
As a suitable applicant, you must be:
- 2-5yrs recruitment and business development experience
- 6+ months of agency recruitment / account management experience
- Experience with cold- and warm-calling, pitching and negotiating
- Motivated by success, financial gain, and career growth
- Ambitious, Resilient & Tenacious
- Highly competitive
- Coachable
- Adept at building strong relationships
