The Elevate careers programme is designed to make STEM industries more diverse and inclusive, energising progress to build the future our world needs.
Through our community programmes, we aim to bring skilled people together, elevating diverse STEM talent. We're placing the microscope on critical issues and barriers within STEM and supporting underrepresented professionals in taking the leap to their next opportunity. With workshops to build your CV and personal brand, to talks from role models in your field, our communities will cover topics and trends that are relevant to you.
Women in STEM
Tackling gender inequity in STEM.
Our Women in STEM programme places the microscope on the gender gap and explores the participation and representation of Women in STEM jobs.
We've partnered with Women Who Code to tackle the issues of gender representation in STEM head on.
Representation within STEM
Increasing representation within STEM.
Our Representation within STEM programme hones in on the lack of diversity in STEM jobs with a particular focus on ethnic and racial communities. It aims to understand and raise awareness of underrepresentation within STEM jobs.
Pathways into STEM
Tackling access and raising awareness of opportunities in STEM for young people.
Our Pathways into STEM programme targets low-income and first-generation STEM learners and provides the career guidance they need to pursue a STEM career.
Reskilling in STEM
Providing access to training and development that support reskilling or upskilling within STEM fields.
Our reskilling in STEM programme supports workers whose jobs are at risk of becoming redundant in the near future or are looking to switch to a career into STEM.
