Building a greener future
Our role in society
By actively reducing our carbon emissions, sourcing the talent needed for the low carbon transition and helping to tackle employment inequity, we have a role to play in building a sustainable future for everyone. At SThree we aim to have a positive impact on society beyond simply what our partners achieve. That means delivering positive outcomes for everyone.
Powered by clean energy
We partner with dynamic organisations to build a future powered by clean energy. Our plan is to double the size of our renewables business by 2024 while also reducing our own carbon emissions by 20% in the same timeframe. And we’ve funded a renewable energy social enterprise in Gujarat, India, which finances 9.9MW of wind power and the education and training of women.
Our targets for 2024
We’re aiming to double to size of our renewables business
Reduction in absolute carbon emissions
Lives we aim to positively impact

Building an inclusive future
Our aim is to positively impact 150,000 lives by 2024 through our inclusive recruitment services and community programmes such as Breaking the Glass, a network of more than 2,000 professionals. Our community programmes tackle inequalities in STEM.
Through collaborating with education, non-profit partners, clients and colleagues we support underserved communities to overcome barriers to work and STEM careers. We partner with organisations such as the Global Innovation Challenge, Aleto Foundation, Joblinge, Women in Tech and many more.Visit Breaking the Glass
