SThree named ‘Top Employer’ in Germany for a ninth consecutive year

SThree, the only global pure-play specialist staffing business focused on roles in STEM, has been named one of the top employers in Germany for the ninth year in a row.

In 2021, we made several improvements for our people, especially when it comes to flexible working, work-life balance and personal development. The global pandemic has brought all of these into focus.

The Top Employer Institute was particularly impressed by our approach to talent acquisition, training and development, as well as leadership development and onboarding.
