SThree has once again been recognised for the action we’re taking to tackle climate change and our work to reduce carbon emissions.
We’ve achieved a B rating from the CDP for a fifth year in a row – a voluntary disclosure programme that assesses how we manage our environmental impact.
Not only have we maintained our score during a tough year, we’re also one of the businesses leading the way in the recruitment sector.
We offset all of our emissions ensuring we are carbon neutral and last year reduced our emissions by 12% through various initiatives. But we’ve not stopped there, we’ve set an ambitious emissions reduction target of 20% by 2024.
Gemma Branney, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at SThree, said:
“I’m delighted that SThree has achieved a B score for the fifth year running during what has been such a difficult year for everyone.
“Maintaining your CDP rating isn’t easy. It actually becomes tougher each year with additional questions and assessment criteria, so we are really proud of this achievement.”
