The role:
Global Enterprise Partners are proud to be opening their new international office in Tokyo to serve the Asian market. Senior Consultant
You will have responsibility to develop new and existing Asian GEP accounts using the tools and methodologies that GEP has developed of the years. You will be the primary point of contact for Asian Managers within these accounts and will collaborate with the Amsterdam team to leverage their knowledge and expertise. You will be a new starter in the team and so have the possibility after a positive performance to move into a Team Lead role as you will have responsibility to train and develop new starters with the support of your Business Manager.
You will be located in SThree's state-of-the-art office in Ginza, the heart of Tokyo. This is one of SThree's most international offices and has great support functions which will accelerate the growth of the business.

What we are looking for:
- 2 years minimum experience in Sthree or other recruitment firms in a sales function (preferably already promoted to Senior Consultant as a Contract Recruiter)
- 2 years minimum experience in a sales function
- Fluent in English (other Asian languages are nice to have)
- International experience working abroad or studying in a foreign location nice to have
- Ambition to follow the Management Velocity route
- Willingness to relocate to Tokyo with a long-term vision
- Sthreeもしくは他のリクルートメントファームでの営業の経験が2年以上ある方（できればContract RecruiterとしてすでにSenior Consultantに昇格している方）
- 2年以上の営業の経験がある方
- 英語堪能（他のアジア言語があれば尚可）
- 海外勤務や留学などの国際経験あれば尚可
- マネジメントへの意欲
- 長期的な視野を持ち、東京への転勤の意志があること
