Celebrating double success at Women in Sales Awards Europe

We are pleased to announce that two of our highly talented employees succeeded at last week’s Women in Sales Awards (WISA) Europe. Kayleigh Bottomley, Associate Business Manager at SThree brand Progressive, won ‘Best Women Sales Manager’ and Nikki Richards, Key Account Manager at SThree brand Huxley, came first in the category ‘Best Women Sales Mentor’.

Kayleigh BottomleyKayleigh and Nikki were shortlisted for this year’s Awards alongside three further fantastic SThree females; Mary Kay, Emily Organ and Kellie Kwarteng. Our nominees attended the Awards’ dinner on Thursday 8th December in London for a night celebrating the positive achievements of women in sales roles across several sectors.

Our two winners follow Ginnette Harvey, Vice President of the Midwestern Region, who won ‘Best Sales Director’ in the North American Women In Sales Awards earlier this year.

Kayleigh’s reaction after collecting the award:

“I am extremely proud to have been nominated for this award by my colleagues at SThree, but then to have been externally shortlisted as a finalist and gone on to win the award for ‘Sales Manager of the Year’ was incredible.”

“To be recognised by a panel of successful judges competing against some of the sales industries’ best female managers across the UK and Europe is a huge achievement for me and has motivated me even more to drive my idealisation of sales through service."

‘Best Sales Mentor’ winner Nikki Richards on her win:

“I’m so overwhelmed to have won this award; I actually can’t quite believe it. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this journey; it was an amazing experience! I’m very proud to be a Women in Sales Awards Winner!”

More about the Awards

Kayleigh BottomleyThe European Women in Sales Awards were created to raise awareness of the need for gender diversity in sales and in executive leadership teams. Encouraging diversity in the workplace is something that SThree is hugely passionate about, and one key area of diversity is encouraging women to enter and excel in traditionally male-dominated fields; winning these awards is testament to this commitment.

Please join us in congratulating Kayleigh and Nikki!
